After-Sales Service

Although GORICA Industries LLC has its own after sales service department, it’s sister company GOTRADE, being a specialized company set up for after sales services and spare parts carries out a significant part of all repair works.

GORICA Group currently has 4 service locations based in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat and Doha, as well as 5 spare parts location centers which includes Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Muscat, Doha, and Kuwait City. These service locations are all supported through our sister companies such as GOTRADE, GORICA Vehicles & Co (Oman), GORICA Vehicles Qatar WLL (Qatar), and our GORICA Kuwait Office.
